kopk is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Players must confirm their age during registration. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance returned in accordance with these terms.
Each individual may hold one kopk account only. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether different phone numbers or emails are used — are a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.
All transactions on kopk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳100. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.
All promotional offers and bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the stated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Each individual may hold one and only one kopk account. kopk operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents to verify your identity, address, age, or payment method ownership:
kopk reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay on any account pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail verification will be closed and any uncontested balance returned to the original payment source.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kopk account credentials, including your username, password, and any PIN or security code associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person.
All activity conducted using your kopk Login credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised the action in question. All deposits to your kopk wallet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by kopk at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
kopk currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The available methods at any given time are displayed on the deposit screen within your account.
Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically credited to your kopk wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking business day to appear in your kopk balance, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. kopk is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated betting activity voided.
Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their kopk account settings at any time. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied. Requests to decrease a deposit limit take effect immediately.
You may request a withdrawal of your available kopk balance (real-money funds, excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) at any time via the withdrawal section of your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
kopk processes withdrawal requests promptly upon approval. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where reasonably practicable. The time for funds to reach your wallet depends on the payment provider: mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are generally faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
kopk reserves the right to complete or request completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending identity verification. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and is applied consistently across all player accounts.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. If you attempt to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings derived from the bonus portion of your balance will be forfeited.

All sports bets placed on kopk are subject to kopk's betting rules as published on the Platform. The following general principles apply to all betting activity:
A bet is not confirmed until kopk has accepted it and issued a bet confirmation reference. kopk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after a result is known ("late bets"), bets placed at odds that were published in error, and bets that would result in a disproportionate liability to kopk.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being abandoned or postponed without resuming within the applicable time window; obvious pricing errors; evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity in relation to the event; and technical errors that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delays and suspension during key moments of play. kopk operates a standard delay on in-play bet acceptance to protect market integrity. Bets placed after a material event (e.g., a wicket falling, a goal being scored) but before that event is reflected in the market may be voided at kopk's discretion.
For cricket markets, including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers international matches, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments, the following additional rules apply: a match must have a minimum number of overs completed (as specified per market) for bets to stand in the event of abandonment due to weather or other external factors. Casino games available on kopk — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, Dragon Tiger, blackjack, fishing games, and game shows — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the rules specified by the game provider.
All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. kopk does not manipulate game outcomes. Your continued use of the kopk Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 3.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kopk makes no representation that the Platform or any of its features is appropriate or legally available for use in any jurisdiction outside of Bangladesh. Players who access the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
